– Production: Processing Time: 3 – 5 business days* (in regular seasons) depends on your order (please read description product)  and more depends on holiday seasons.

– Standard Shipping: 12 – 19 business days* (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons for one order shipped domestic

– Orders ship within 3 weeks to 4 weeks business days!

Highest rate is applied once to the whole order.

While we suits use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments. 

30-DAY OFFER RETURNS

We offer returns and exchanges for items within 30 days, you can return eligible items for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please adhere to the following criteria:

- Wrong/Damaged/Faulty Goods: Returns are accepted if the item received is wrong, damaged, or faulty, including:

The product does not match the website description (e.g., wrong item, wrong material, wrong size).
The product received is torn, dirty, wet, or has visible defects (e.g., blurred or misaligned prints).
Products are damaged or have peeled prints after the first wash.


- Wrong Size Items: Returns are accepted if the product’s measurements differ by over 1.5 inches from the size guide provided.

- Shipping Issues: If the package received is wrong, damaged, or faulty due to the shipping process, you can request a return. Check your package upon receipt. If there are issues, return the package to the courier immediately or contact us within 30 days of delivery.

EXCHANGES

If you encounter any of the following situations, you may request an exchange:

  1. The product doesn’t match the description on the website, has clear printing defects, is blurry, or is placed incorrectly.
  2. The product is the wrong size.
  3. The package you received is lost, incorrect, damaged, or faulty due to the shipping process.

Please contact us, and we will send you the exact replacement item or provide a 100% refund, along with a discount voucher for your next purchase, without the need to return the package you received. We always aim to provide you with the best and most responsible service!

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCEL

Once your order has been submitted, you may cancel or make changes on your order within 24 hours of placing by going to “Contact Us” and creating a ticket, or reaching our customer support here.
When it is more than 24 hours after placing an order, BUSTLIGHTS refuses to support order cancellation or order modification requests.
